Campaign
Customers received individual invitation packs with a unique ID directing them to a dedicated website. Customer online accounts were updated monthly with their individual sales information. Regular email and SMS updates were sent to ensure continuous engagement. Customers could claim rewards via the promotional website. Branches were kept informed of their customers performance via a password protected area of the website.
